2. Services

We offer custom business software development, consulting, and implementation services. All services are delivered under project agreements or statements of work.

2.1 Service Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule service milestones up to 7 days before the agreed start date without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the start date may incur fees of up to 25% of the service fee.

2.2 Refunds for Services

Our services are performed by qualified professionals and tailored to client needs. As such, refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

• Termination for Cause: If we materially breach the service agreement and fail to cure within 14 days after written notice, you may terminate and receive a pro rata refund for undelivered work.
• Cancellation Before Commencement: If you cancel a service engagement more than 14 days before start, you are entitled to a full refund.
• No Refunds After Delivery: Once deliverables are accepted in writing, no refunds will be issued, as custom work cannot be repurposed.

3. Information Products

Information products include online courses, e-books, templates, and software licenses.

3.1 Refund Eligibility

All information products come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the content. To request a refund, submit your request via our contact form within the 14-day period.

3.2 Non-Refundable Products

Customized or bundled information products marked as "Non-Refundable" at checkout are not eligible for refund due to immediate access to digital content.

4. Physical Goods

We may offer branded merchandise, software installation media, or hardware components.

4.1 Return and Refund Policy

You may return undamaged, unused goods within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments incur interest of 1.5% per month.
